Our EAP is Employee Resource Center (ERC). Employees get 8 sessions Per Employee and Per Family Member, Per Issue, Per Year. You can call the phone# 800-222-8590 and ask for an authorization to be seen. They can help find a counselor or you can specify one.

Employee Assistance Program – EAP
An Employee Assistance Program, also known as an EAP, is an employer-sponsored mental health benefit that provides confidential mental health counseling and support services at no cost to employees and their eligible family members. The City of Stevens Point’s EAP is ERC: Counselors & Consultants, Wisconsin’s premier Employee Assistance Program.
As part of your mental health benefit through ERC Counselors & Consultants, you have access to an online work/life tool called MyLifeExpert. This portal is full of health and wellness resources, including over 5,000 articles, webinars, videos, fillable legal forms, and financial calculator tools.
